Bone broth is a fully natural way to top up the collagen and amino acids your body needs but rarely gets from a modern diet. We make it from organic beef bones, slow-dried into a concentrated powder.

You can stir the powder straight into soups, sauces or anything else you're cooking. Same way you'd use a regular stock cube from the supermarket.

Collagen makes up about 30% of all the protein in your body. It's basically the cement that holds your joints, skin and gut together.

After 20, your body makes at least 1% less collagen every year. And the main food sources of collagen (bones, tendons, cartilage) have mostly disappeared from how we eat today.

How to use bone broth

Ready to drink or cook with in a few minutes. Use it on its own, as a base for soups and sauces, or anywhere you'd add regular stock.

Where it comes from

Our beef broth is made from grass-fed Swedish cattle. Because the cows graze on natural pasture and are well looked after, the nutrients in the bones stay intact. Which means a higher-quality broth on your end.

Does the bone broth contain any allergens?

No allergens. And no added ingredients of any kind.

Is the bone broth halal?

Our beef bone broth is halal.

The capsules we use for our supplements are halal certified, which means our colostrum supplement and primal kefir supplement are halal too.

At the moment we can't offer halal organ supplements. We know there's a lot of demand for halal-slaughtered organ supplements, and we keep looking into it, but it's not possible with the slaughterhouse we currently work with.

How long does it keep?

Our freeze-dried bone broth powder keeps for 2 years from when it's freeze-dried. The expiry date on the label might be shorter if the product has been in our warehouse for a while.

We aim for at least 1.5 years of shelf life by the time the product reaches you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to start at the full dose right away?

If you're new to organ meat or organ supplements, start with just one capsule per day for the first 3 to 4 days.

Then bump it up to two capsules a day for the next 3 to 4 days, then three, and keep building until you find what works for you.

The main thing is to listen to your body along the way. Most of our customers notice the benefits somewhere between half the recommended dose and double it.

What about my other (multi)vitamins?

We believe you're better off getting your nutrients from food, rather than isolated or synthetic versions like standard multivitamins.

Our supplements are technically food. You can think of taking them as eating organ meat. Because we freeze-dry the meat, the nutrients stay in their natural form, which means your body absorbs them better than synthetic alternatives.

Some studies show synthetic nutrients have absorption rates of a few percent, or even less. Our ancestors didn't take synthetic multivitamins, and they were doing fine.

A lot of people find that once they're taking organ supplements, they can drop other vitamin pills entirely.

Can children take the supplements, and at what dose?

Yes, kids can take them too. When we're young, our bodies need the right nutrients to lay a foundation for later. Think of it as eating organ meat.

At 3000 mg per day (6 capsules), you're getting about 125 grams of organ meat per week. Kids can handle that amount without any problems.

You can start with a lower dose (one or two capsules per day) and see how your kids react. If that goes well, build it up gradually.

For kids, you can also open the capsules and stir the contents into their meal. That way they don't have to swallow capsules, but they still get the benefits.

What does your production process look like?

Our organ meat is freeze-dried first. That removes almost all the moisture and keeps the nutrients in their natural form.

After that, the dried pieces are ground into powder and put into capsules. Nothing else added.

When should I take the capsules?

Some people get a noticeable energy boost from the supplements, so we'd recommend taking them earlier in the day rather than at night.

How do I take the capsules?

You can take them with or without food (technically they are food). And you can take them all at once or spread them across the day. Try what feels best for you.

Taking them with a meal that has some fat can improve how well your body absorbs the fat-soluble vitamins.

Since some people get an energy lift, avoid taking them too late in the day.

You can also try taking them on an empty stomach, which gives some people an extra energy boost.

How do I dose with 2 jars or more?

Most customers notice the benefits somewhere between half the recommended dose and four or even five times that amount.

Which is why we always suggest starting with just one capsule a day per supplement for the first 3 to 4 days. Then two a day for the next 3 to 4 days, then three, and keep going until you reach the dose that works best for you. Listen to your body as you go.

Since taking organ supplements is like eating organ meat, you don't need to worry about overdosing. And our supplements are designed to be taken together.
